Mousa Dembele-6.6

I was thrilled when Dembele entered the match because it meant a-he is healthy and b-Sissoko was going off. HIs performance was a pretty mixed bag of results.

He did help carry the ball into the final third with authority, but he failed to produce any significant scoring chances. Dembele showed a lot more style than substance on the day. His performance also gets downgraded for a shoddy dive that earned him a well-deserved yellow card.

Son Heung-Min-7

Not surprisingly, the Korean attacker injected quite a bit of life into the attack when he stepped onto the pitch. I certainly agreed with Pochettino’s attempt to rest him, but it may have cost the club two points.

More from Tottenham Hotspur

In particular, he provided Spurs attack with significant width. If he would’ve received more match time, he very well could have provided Tottenham a goal with a cross from the wing.

Eric Dier-6

Many Tottenham fans wanted to see Eric Dier back into the lineup, but this certainly wasn’t the way anyone wanted to see it occur. He came in for Alderweireld due to injury and did his job. Nothing more, nothing less from the English international.
