Striker and Keeper
Tottenham fans shouldn’t be at all concerned with Harry Kane being sent home from the England squad. In all honesty, I was happy to see the Spurs talisman get back to White Hart Lane ahead of schedule.
Given the fact that Kane was a full participant in training yesterday, it seems obvious he’s in line to start against West Ham. If Pochettino felt comfortable enough to deploy him in the North London Derby, I can’t see him hesitating this week. The only real question is whether or not Kane gets another striker to play alongside him Saturday.

Per usual, there’s zero drama about who will start in goal for Tottenham. Hugo Lloris will get the nod. You can also feel free to ignore all of the dramatic rhetoric about his contract status with the club.
It’s all bollocks. Lloris has stuck with Spurs through thick and thin. Do you really think he’s going to leave just when things start trending upwards? Lloris is entirely too smart to make that mistake. At any rate, he’ll be in goal for Pochettino on Saturday.
