1. Manchester United’s woes at the front and the back

It is no secret that United have had a tough time scoring goals this season. Despite creating a plethora of chances, the Red Devils have lacked the clinical edge in front of goal and have been largely wasteful.

Zlatan Ibrahimović, while being the leading scorer for United with 8 goals, has been guilty of missing a horde of opportunities which he was expected to convert. Wayne Rooney has also struggled to find his goal-scoring touch while Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial have been in and out of the team a lot.

There has been no shortage of chances, but unless they convert the chances, United will struggle.

More from Tottenham Hotspur

Along with the issues at the top, the defence too has looked unconvincing. United have been the worst club in the Premier League, in terms of goals conceded in the last 10 minutes of the game. Having conceded another last-minute goal at Everton, the Red Devils have dropped 7 points from goals conceded in the last 10 minutes of the game.

Maybe it is a lack of concentration or a creeping sense of complacency in the dying moments of the game, but they cannot afford to make such a mistake against the Spurs attack.
