Hugo Lloris-6

Some might believe this rating is a bit harsh. After all, the French captain did manage to keep a clean sheet against a very talented attack. The reality is he only needed to complete one tame save to earn that moniker.

Furthermore, Everton’s best chance came as a result of Lloris’ comedic distribution of the ball. His lazy pass out to the left gave the Toffees an open net to shoot at. Fortunately, the attacking midfielder in question didn’t convert. It was a very average performance for Lloris with very little for him to do.

Mousa Dembele-6

The Belgian tank came on for Eriksen and got a good 20 minutes or so of action under his belt. His job was to slow the match down and see it out for his club. He accomplished that goal, but didn’t look terribly good doing it. Hopefully he’ll be fully fit for Dortmund this week.

Harry Winks-6.5

The English starlet got his chance to enter the match in the 78th minute after Sissoko picked up his injury. He enjoyed a pretty active 15 minutes. Winks buzzed around the pitch and didn’t give Everton a moment’s rest on the ball. It was a solid performance by one of Pochettino’s favourite bench options.

Son Heung-Min-5.5

Son’s ineffective play this season has gone largely unnoticed. He put in another listless performance against Everton. It didn’t cost Spurs anything, but it’s something that deserves watching as the weeks go by. Pochettino will need him to put in a solid shift sooner rather than later.
