Despite the fact that every single summer they sell their biggest stars and or lose their manager and the club stays in the same place. They make subtle progress. The reason why Pellegrino doesn’t get more credit is that this seems like a fantastic achievement in club management not just player management.
It’s a really tough call and an organization frankly needs to be united like this in order to succeed but too much credit can’t be put in one place either.
From ownership, to management, to the directors of the club it’s a fantastic organization at Southampton.
