Tottenham player ratings at Rochdale: Nightmares for Toby and Winks
Fernando Llorente-4
I’m sure Llorente is a great professional who provides a lot of wonderful mentorship to Tottenham’s younger players. Unfortunately, he’s shown no signs that he can actually help any of his teammates on the pitch for Spurs this season.

It’s possible that he’s past his prime or perhaps Tottenham’s system is just a poor fit for his game. Either way, he looks like a fish out of water on the pitch for Pochettino. This match wasn’t any different. He tried to help hold the ball up, but never seemed to be on the same page with his teammates. It’s time for his Spurs career to be over.
Michel Vorm-6
It’s rather difficult to evaluate Vorm’s performance in this match. Giving up two goals to such a limited side isn’t a good result, but he didn’t have any real chance to stop either Rochdale goal.
As such, we’ll give him an adequate, but unspectacular rating. He wasn’t much of a factor for Spurs in either direction.
