Rose replaced Kieran Tripper with 32 minutes to go. England were mostly defending during that time, so he was only restricted to one serious run forward down the left.

Adam Lallana – 7

The forgotten man of the England squad replaced Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain with 32 minutes to go, making a very good impression with several good touches inside the Italy half. He’ll need some playing time with Liverpool to get in the World Cup squad, though.
