Arsenal and Tottenham are both interested in a promising Liverpool starlet.
It’s not the only time Arsenal and Tottenham have battled in the past. The two rivals have clashed both on the pitch and off it – but this time around, it’s quite surprising to see.
That’s because they’ve dragged Liverpool into the equation. According to The Sun, the North London clubs both want to sign Rhian Brewster, who is still waiting on his first Liverpool contract.
He is one of the most talented young stars in the Premier League, although he doesn’t get noticed due to his lack of game time with Liverpool. This may be the key to his decision on whether or not he will put pen to paper with the Merseyside club.
Considering all options
Of course, if game time is his main concern, then Arsenal is the place to go.
However, he must consider all options. The safest bet is to stay nurturing under Jurgen Klopp, but he will of course be persuaded by Tottenham’s interest.
Mauricio Pochettino is one of the best in the business in raising youth. The Argentine boss adopts a trustful method of man management, and we’ve seen it work with Dele Alli most notably.
Both Liverpool and Tottenham are exciting clubs to be at right now, but Arsenal shouldn’t go overlooked.
The Gunners are looking to rebuild for the future, and for life after Arsene Wenger. Unai Emery has worked with a number of promising starlets at Sevilla, and he never chases players unless he knows he can get the best out of them.

Rhian Brewster got his stature from his performances in the under 17 World Cup, picking up the golden boot along the way.
Like any youngster, he still has plenty of time to learn and adapt his style of play. He likes to play along the forward line and cause havoc to the opposing defense.
His high levels of speed will serve him well at any club he goes to. At all three clubs surrounding him, there is creativity in a number of positions, so his runs will be essential.
He’s a good finisher, as was shown at the under 17 World Cup. Essentially though, his main asset will be his willingness to learn from players around him.
It says a lot about his potential to have three of the best English clubs begging for his signature, and only time will tell what his decision will be.
