2. Ousmane Dembele (Barcelona)

Ousmane Dembele is a 21-year-old World Cup winner, not many players can say that. He is widely regarded as one of the best young players in the world and for good reason.

However, he is undergoing a tough time in Barcelona. While it’s by no means a dilemma, he isn’t making the amount of progress he would like. You can easily pin this on his lack of game time if you will, but one thing’s for sure, he would like to be doing better than he is right now.

Constantly linked with a move to the Premier League, don’t be surprised to see Dembele linked with a move to Chelsea. Depending on their situation, Arsenal could return with a pursuit for the Frenchman. They were consistently linked with him with Wenger at the helm, so it’s a waiting game.

Chelsea will have the resources to fund a move for Dembele should they wish to. He won’t be ridiculously expensive as opposed to some of the other options. Obviously, that brings forward the argument of whether or not he is good enough, but it goes without saying that he is.

Dembele is known for his flair on the ball. Whether it be to craft an opening for himself or his teammate, he is the kind of player you want in the final third. He will get the best out of the Chelsea attackers. adding a level of young enthusiasm.

Having recently asked the Barcelona officials for a move away, it does seem like a no-brainer…
