Manager: Massimiliano Allegri

I’m sure this one will seem a bit surprising for anybody who reads my Juve player ratings. Yes, I tend to be a little tough on Allegri, but that is partially because the expectations for a team that has won 7 consecutive championships are always going to be high. There have been times this season that he has fallen below those exceptions, like in the draw against Genoa and the loss to Manchester United, but he still has this team absolutely dominating Serie A right now.

Even though I may not like the way he has had Juve playing so far this year, it is hard to argue with results. No manager in the world has gotten better results out of their team than Allegri this year. Luciano Spalletti has also gotten impressive results out of his team this year, but their early struggles are enough to keep him out of this spot. However, if he can lead Inter to a win in Torino then this one could flip pretty quickly. Pressure’s on, Max.

GK: Samir Handanovic

Samir Handanovic has been one of the best keepers in Serie A once again this season. He is currently leading the league in clean sheets and continues to make saves at an impressive rate. He he has only allowed 12 goals this season in 14 matches and 2 of those were penalty kicks. He has saved an impressive 78.6% of the shots he has faced as he has led Inter to the second best defensive record in the league this season. Against most other keepers Wojciech Szczesny would’ve been in contention for this spot, but he hasn’t quite reached the level of Handanovic.
