2. Are Manchester United’s intentions in the right place?

Well, the short answer to this question from Pogba’s point of view is no. They recently brought in Bruno Fernandes in a move which tells Pogba all he needs to know. The Red Devils are planning for life without him.

Pogba is undeniably a much better player Fernandes. Take my word for it, it’s just the truth. So he could easily remain a United player if he wished to and push Fernandes out of his position but why should he?

3. He needs to be appreciated by the fans

Sometimes, it’s easy to forget that footballers are human beings with human needs. This includes the need for support, not only from the manager but from the fans also. At the very start of this season, Pogba was subject to harsh abuse from the Manchester United fans following his miss against Wolves.

If he were to move to another club, there is no denying he would be adored. This would give him plenty of confidence and the will to turn up to training with the mindset to repay his supporters. At United, this is obviously hard because there are a small number of fans that make their thoughts on Pogba very vocal.
