4. He is a World Cup winner, for crying out loud

Paul Pogba has proven his worth on the biggest stage in the world; the World Cup. He was part of the 2018 France roster that beat Croatia in the final; a match which Pogba himself scored in. He was influential to the surge of Les Bleus and if this isn’t convincing enough then I don’t know what is.

He needs to be playing at a higher level than Manchester United. If they can make a claim by qualifying for the Champions League and investing heavily in the summer then fair enough, but if they fail to do either of those things then Pogba is destined for better things.

5. European clubs will be lining up

More from Manchester United

Paul Pogba won’t be short of options if he does choose to leave in the summer, that’s for certain. The French midfielder has already been subject to interest from Barcelona and Real Madrid in the past so they would want to acquire his signature come this summer. If all else fails, he could even barter with Juventus to take him back, I’m certain they would be grateful.

What I’m saying is, it’s Manchester United that should be concerned. Pogba has options should the turmoil of the club continue and he won’t think twice about jumping ship. The next few months will be crucial to the club if they wish to keep ahold of Pogba.
