2. Bukayo Saka

If Arteta were to select his first name on the team sheet right now, it would be Bukayo Saka. And where would he put him? Well, at left-back, of course.

This is a sentence I never thought I’d be typing at the start of the season, especially with Kieran Tierney‘s arrival. However, since the Scotsman’s injury and Kolasinac’s absence, Saka has slotted in this position and performed expertly.

Dare I say, he may even be first choice in this position now.

He will be key to bombing forward and creating chances from out wide for Arsenal’s attackers of choice.

3. Mesut Ozil

Mesut Ozil had a positive game last time out in the league and he will be hoping for more of the same. Arteta has embedded a lot of trust into the German and this trust was repaid with a goal last weekend.

Again, Ozil has a lot of experience playing against Everton so he will hope to use the free-roaming position to his advantage. I expect him to create a few chances as he often does.
