82 points for Liverpool

Can any team in England stop Liverpool? No. Teams have come close to slowing them down, but the Reds always seem to have something left in the tank in the late stages of games. At times they do look bored against certain clubs, but they continue to get the job done.

Their opponent on Saturday, Watford, are in desperate need of a positive result in order to escape the bottom three. With three defeats in their last five games, Watford face an insurmountable challenge to change that trend against the European champions.

Watford are coming off a 3-0 defeat against Manchester United and they should brace themselves for an even more dynamic attack on Saturday. Being at home might provide some extra motivation for Watford, but they are worlds apart from Liverpool in terms of quality.

Prediction: Watford 0-3 Liverpool

Burnley’s hot streak ends at St. James’ Park

Burnley’s recent resurgence is one of the most underrated stories in the Premier League at the moment. Sean Dyche’s side have claimed 13 points from their last five games, which includes victories against Leicester City and Manchester United.

Newcastle United were in fine form up until they suffered back-to-back losses in London against Arsenal and Crystal Palace. The Magpies are the worst-ranked team in the league in several offensive categories, yet they are still seven points clear of 18th-placed West Ham.

The last time these teams met, Burnley claimed a 1-0 victory at home despite only creating a mere seven chances in that game. Saturday will consist of another close battle, and the Magpies will benefit from having Allan Saint-Maximin in the lineup this time around.

Prediction: Newcastle United 2-1 Burnley
