1. Dani Ceballos
The most ideal option for the Arsenal board, and perhaps even the fans would be to resign Dani Ceballos on another loan deal from Real Madrid. Especially sine project restart last season, the Spaniard certainly impressed. He wasn’t there for Arsenal’s Community Shield triumph, but he was certainly at the heart of their FA Cup win.

Ceballos is a skilful midfielder that possesses an abundance of flair. He was key to Arsenal’s creativity in the final third, as he always looked to unlock defences with his incisive passing. In fact, he was the sole reason why Mesut Ozil struggled to get game time, under Mikel Arteta particularly.
Arteta is a big fan of his countryman and understandably so. However, it was always going to be a difficult task convincing Real Madrid to loan him out for another season since Florentino Perez will want to make some money out of him or keep him during these times of economic hardship. Unfortunately though, the Gunners do not have that kind of money right now.
It was revealed yesterday that Arsenal fans could expect the good news of Ceballos’ loan being extended this week. Whether there is truth behind this remains to be seen but one thing’s for sure, Arteta isn’t going to give up easily in his discussions with Real Madrid.
