What can Rodrigues Bring to Lexington SC?
The club described Rodrigues as a player who brings creativity and offensive versatility, which could be a valuable asset for a team looking to establish itself in the league. His time with Seattle Sounders in MLS and Tacoma Defiance in MLS NEXT Pro shows that he has experience within the U.S. soccer development system.
Upon being announced by Lexington SC, Rodrigues shared his excitement: "I'm very happy to join Lexington Sporting Club. It’s an organization with a winning project and an exciting style of play. I can’t wait to contribute to the club’s journey and be part of something special that’s evolving and making a real impact on the field and in the community."

The transition from MLS NEXT Pro to USL Championship
Rodrigues has played in MLS NEXT Pro, a league designed to develop young players and those looking to break into MLS. Now, in the USL Championship, he enters a new phase with different challenges.
His ability to adapt to his new team could play a crucial role in determining his performance this season. The USL Championship features teams that traditionally mix seasoned veterans with emerging talents, and Rodrigues arrives at a point of growth in his career.
