Five early summer transfer targets for Chelsea

Moussa Dembele – Celtic
Part of a dominant Celtic side in the Scottish Premiership this season, French international Moussa Dembele has displayed sublime skill and incredible potential in a very short period of time.
A forward with the ability to play in various positions along the front-line, Dembele would be comfortable and effective at the top of Chelsea’s 3-4-3 formation.
The 20-year-old joined Fulham in 2012, and began to make a significant impact last season in the English Championship. Dembele signed with Celtic and manager Brendan Rodgers this past summer.

Possessing great pace and wonderful scoring instincts, the youngster has had a magnificent and consistent campaign. Dembele has scored 27 goals across all competitions this season.
Under Antonio Conte, this type of output could only increase. Playing alongside the likes of Eden Hazard and Diego Costa would see an overwhelming front for most defences, even in the English Premier League.
There would certainly be a learning curve for the young man should he arrive, but the signing of a young talent like Moussa Dembele would be a positive addition both for Chelsea’s present and for their future.
